BCF delivers a packed community Iftar

On Wednesday 13th April, Barking Community Forum (BCF) hosted another successful Iftar event for the community of Barking and the surrounding areas.
More than 100 people packed the Hedgecock Community Centre and the event was chaired by Harun Miah of BCF and where many local organisations, leads and dignitaries were attendance including young people.
The spiritual essence of Ramadan talk was delivered by Imam Ajmal Masroor.
However, the evening was encapsulated by the three young Quran reciters; Imam Hafiz Ihsan Ahmed, Imam Hafiz Abdullah Al Mamun & Imam Hafiz Abdullah Al Mawdud. Their soothing and melodious recitation captured the hearts and minds of the audiences.
Finally, a sumptuous Iftar food was provided to all the attendees. This year the Iftar was sponsored by various local businesses and community organisations.
BCF is a charity organisation based in the Longbridge Ward, Barking with the aims and objectives of providing spiritual and social development initiatives for the whole community.
