Ulamas are meant to answer our questions on religion. And we should ask them every little or big question that we may have for the very Islamic way of life. Because they are trained to provide the answers correctly and sincerely. So, we can see there is a heavy responsibility on them that they have to fulfil.

What about us the questioner? Just get it off the chest. Bang. That’s ed and get the response. Yes, we can get the answer just like that in Islam. It’s a beauty of Islam we get very valuable information that could be a life saver and maker widely and freely. For example, what’s the way forward in life? It’s Siratum Mustaqim says Islam.

Indeed, information is very expensive. Other day I saw an email from the sender asking for a £5000 finder’s fee for releasing some information. That too is a discounted fee. His proposition is that the potential value of his information is much more. No doubt its true information is extremely valuable. It’s a widely recognised fact as our time is wisely called the information age.

Think for a minute or two. Are you in a rush returning home or going somewhere? To get the shortcut or traffic information, tap into your smartphone. Running an office, a business we always have two options. Get the useful info for free or pay a premium for the upgraded service. In Islam we are more welcomed by the Ulamas for the premium, exclusive and detail information free of charge.

However, like the Ulamas have a responsibility to answer correctly and sincerely the questioner too should be sensible and sincere. Should learn and practice thus make progress. It will help progress both Ulamas and questionnaires, (yes both not to forget the prophet (PBUH) said a believer is a mirror of other believers) towards better retrieving information from the Islamic knowledge base. Based on the Qur’an and Hadis which is deeper than the ocean.

To tap into such a gigantic pool of information that Islam provides obviously there is a system. For access that must be followed. In Shaa Allah up next, we will see some examples. How our previous generations tended to put their questions to Ulamas and how we tend to do now.
