The London Bengali Wedding Fair is preparing to mark a major milestone as it celebrates its 10th anniversary with a spectacular day of fashion, entertainment and wedding inspiration in Canary Wharf this Sunday. A press conference for the 10th London Bengali Wedding Fair 2026 was held on Tuesday, 1 September, at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Canary Wharf East, bringing together senior journalists and representatives from leading Bangladeshi mainstream, digital, online and print media in the UK. Hosted by Suhana Ahmed, CEO, and Ahad Ahmed, Managing Director, the press conference highlighted the programme and attractions planned for this year’s landmark event. Organised by Pearl Advertising, presented by Disha Premium Rice and held in partnership with the Radisson Blu Hotel, Canary Wharf East, the fair will take place on Sunday, 6 September 2026, from 12 noon to 7pm. Admission is free.

The venue is easily accessible from East India DLR station. Launched in 2016, the London Bengali Wedding Fair has established itself as a popular annual event within the UK Bengali community, bringing together wedding specialists, businesses and customers under one roof.

This year’s visitors will be able to explore a wide range of wedding-related products and services, including venues, décor, wedding planners, catering, fashion, jewellery, car hire, photography, makeup and entertainment. Organisers have also announced special discounts available exclusively on the day, giving visitors the opportunity to access a range of wedding services and products at special rates. Star-studded fashion and entertainment programme The fashion show and entertainment programme will be one of the highlights of the day, running from 3pm to 5pm.

The programme will be hosted by BBC Asian Network presenter Nadia Ali, with models Shadia Hussain, Tanzum Chowdhury, Emilia Khandaker, Airin Arzoo, Farhana Smiley, Ayesha Chamadiya, Jordan Shokar and Christa Borja taking part in the fashion show. The event will showcase collections from leading designers and fashion brands including Bidaai London, Sareez London by Fenty Fashion, Ruposhi London, Seema Sarees and Naika of London.

The entertainment line-up will feature live performances from Mumzy Stranger, Redz Official, Ash Boy and Sonkori. Adding an international dimension to the programme, popular Bangladeshi comedian Belal Ahmed Murad will travel from Bangladesh to perform for the audience. The fashion show will be choreographed by China Chowdhury and Mirza Miah.
