Sylhet 3 – MP Habibur Rahman Habib is a member of the Prime Minister’s 14-days visiting party to the UK and France from 31 October to 13 November.

During their visit, they will attend the 26th Annual Session of the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change in Glasgow, Scotland. He will also participate in various programs in London from 3 November to 9 November.

Then from 10 November he will attend the UNESCO Bangladesh Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman International Prize for the Creative Economy Award Ceremony and UNESCO’s 75th Anniversary and High Level meeting in London and France.

Created last year, the $50,000 prize is awarded on a biennial basis to outstanding examples of actions to support the development of entrepreneurship within the creative and cultural industries. The prize is generously supported by the Bangladesh Government, hence, bears the name of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, on the centenary of his birth.
