BPKP among the first to congratulate the new Executive Committee of London Bangla Press Club

On Friday 2nd February 2024, just before the handover ceremony of the London Bangla Press Club, Bangladesh Probashi Kallyan Parishad (BPKP)  and their senior executive members including Abdul Bari (senior Vice Chair), Syed Ahbab Hussain (General Secretary), Abdul Halim Chowdhury (Treasurer), Shah Munim (International Affairs Secretary), Zain Miah (Joint Secretary), Ayesha Chowdhury (Vice Chair), Parvez Qureshi BEM (Vice Chair), Kazi Arif (Vice Chair), Nazir Ali (Social Media Secretary), and Alam Sheikh (Life Member) was the first organisation to meet and congratulate the newly elected London Bangla Press Club’s Executive Committee on their amazing success and to forge closer partnership going forward into their new term. At the offices of London Bangla Press Club, Princelet Street, London E1, BPKP shared a bespoke cake and flowers for this remarkable achievement and wished them all success and prosperity in their forthcoming term in office.

The London Bangla Press Club is a media-based charity based in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets that engages with the UK-based Bangladeshi-led media sector which strives to empower communities to have a voice and be heard and seen. BPKP is a campaign organisation, working closely with the Bangladesh High Commission, London for the betterment of the non-resident Bangladeshis in the UK and Europe. BPKP worked to establish 30th December as the international NRB Celebration Day, as well as, resolving the airport harassment issues, National ID Card and the “Save Our Property” campaign amongst other things.
