The Qur’an can always remain at the forefront, for while everything else is in flux and will disappear over an indefinite period, the Qur’an remains constant. It is the constant amidst the evolving universe, containing the past, future, and present. Therefore, it is the destination du jour of universal dynamics, the true North Star providing guidance to its followers.

How can we connect with the immensely significant Qur’an? It has unparalleled sheer magnitude and is universally recognised. We cannot fully evaluate it, as it is the word of The Creator. We are merely creatures and can only describe its depth and height in a language known to us. In a manner of speaking, we can say it is the moon in the nexus of stars, the golden sun in the blue sky, the lead guide on the ground, the rose in the garden. While the truth is, the Qur’an accurately pinpoints the true position, time, and space of the continuous motions of the solar world, incorporating the sun, moon, and the stars. Because the Qur’an is in the know of the equation, what lies ahead. The lack of accurate knowledge of this complete maths accelerates the motion – the solar world is in constant motion.

The same applies to the rose. A sound mind can easily become lost in deep painting with shades of the red rose. Simultaneously, as a scientist, what crosses my mind is that a rose denotes how numerically symmetric, proportionate the universe is. But what came first, the perfect design of the rose followed by the universe, or vice versa? We won’t be able to find the answer by navigating either of the two because each of these came later; they aren’t original. That lies in the expression of the Creator, and the Qur’an is the word of the Creator. Nothing else alone can encompass it. Our well-thought descriptions are icons for us to navigate further ahead and thus learn more.

So, the question is, how can we simply bypass our subdued thorns and bring this rose from the other world into our hands?
